Whether you remember your old PIN or not, we’ve got you covered with step-by-step instructions for every scenario. Option 1: If You Can Log In and Remember Your Current PIN (Recommended) 1. Log in to your account and navigate to your personal menu in the top-right corner. Click on Settings → Security. 2. Find the option labeled Change PIN and proceed to the page. Enter your old PIN when prompted. 3. Create a new six-digit PIN and confirm it. Choose a combination that’s secure and easy for you to remember. Option 2: If You Forgot Your Old PIN and Are Unable to Log In (Reset Using Email Verification) 1. Log in to your account and navigate to your personal menu in the top-right corner. Click on Settings → Security. 2. Find the option labeled Reset PIN and proceed to the page. 3. Click “Send OTP” and then enter the verification code sent to support@cardnaira.com. 4. Create and confirm a new six-digit PIN, then hit Submit to finalize the process. Important Notes: - The verification email usually arrives within a few minutes, but be sure to check your Spam, Promotions, or other folders if necessary. - The code or reset link is time-sensitive, so complete the process as soon as possible after receiving it. How do I set a PIN code?

To assist every user in quickly completing the setup process, we have added a smart detection feature in the wallet along with a streamlined two-step setup process. If the system detects that you have not yet set a withdrawal PIN, a prominent banner notification will appear at the top of the wallet page. Step 1: Click the "Set up now" button on the banner to open the setup window. Step 2: Enter a six-digit number of your choice in the "Enter PIN" field. Re-enter the same number in the "Confirm PIN" field to confirm it, then click the "Set PIN" button to finalize the setup. Please keep the following points in mind: - The PIN must consist of six numeric digits, using numbers only. Avoid choosing easily guessable combinations like your birthday, sequential numbers (e.g., 123456), or repeated digits (e.g., 111111). - Make sure to set up your PIN in a secure network environment and refrain from using public devices for this task. How do I link my Google account to an account that I registered with my username and password?

Solution: Cardnaira currently supports authentication through Google, enabling users to register and log in with a single click using their Google accounts. If you initially registered using an email and password, and your email is a Gmail address (e.g., ending in @gmail.com), you can link your account to Google by following these steps: 1. Log in to your Cardnaira account and navigate to the account settings page.On the settings page, locate and click on the Social Accounts option. 2. Select the Continue with Google button. The system will then guide you through the process of linking your account. 3. Seeing the message "You have successfully connected your account" means the account has been successfully linked. After completing the linking process, you will be able to log in quickly using your Google account without needing to input your email and password each time. Please note that if you initially registered and logged in using the one-click Google authentication option, your account is automatically linked to Google. In this case, the system does not allow you to disconnect from Google through the Social Accounts feature. Be sure to keep this detail in mind.
