To assist every user in quickly completing the setup process, we have added a smart detection feature in the wallet along with a streamlined two-step setup process.
If the system detects that you have not yet set a withdrawal PIN, a prominent banner notification will appear at the top of the wallet page.
Step 1: Click the "Set up now" button on the banner to open the setup window.
Step 2: Enter a six-digit number of your choice in the "Enter PIN" field. Re-enter the same number in the "Confirm PIN" field to confirm it, then click the "Set PIN" button to finalize the setup.
Please keep the following points in mind:

The PIN must consist of six numeric digits, using numbers only. Avoid choosing easily guessable combinations like your birthday, sequential numbers (e.g., 123456), or repeated digits (e.g., 111111).

Make sure to set up your PIN in a secure network environment and refrain from using public devices for this task. Our official customer service team will never ask for your PIN under any circumstances, so do not share it with others.
