Amazon Card - General Amazon Gift Card Trade Terms

Last updated on Dec 11, 2025

To ensure a smooth and successful trading experience on Cardnaira, it is important to understand the general terms and conditions that apply to selling Amazon gift cards. These terms are designed to protect both the seller and the platform.

Here are the key trade terms you need to know:

1. Card Validity

  • Valid & Unused: All gift cards submitted must be valid and unused. If a card is found to be redeemed (Already Redeemed) or invalid (Invalid Code) at the time of verification, the trade will be rejected, and no payment will be made.

  • No "Test" Redeeming: Do not attempt to load the card to your own Amazon account to "check the balance." Once a card is loaded, it is locked to that account and cannot be sold.

2. Matching Information

  • Receipt Match: If you are trading with a receipt, the details on the receipt (purchase date, store, last 4 digits of the card number) must match the physical card you upload. Mismatched documents will lead to rejection.

  • Category Selection: You must select the correct category that matches your card type (e.g., Physical vs. E-code, Cash Receipt vs. Debit Receipt). Incorrect selection may result in a rate adjustment or trade rejection.

3. Image Quality

  • Clarity: Images of the card and receipt must be clear and legible. Blurry, dark, or cropped images that hide essential information (like the claim code or receipt date) will not be accepted.

  • Full Picture: We require the full picture of the card and receipt showing all four corners. Do not edit, crop, or alter the images.

4. Ownership & Legality

  • Legal Ownership: You must be the legal owner of the gift card you are selling. Cardnaira has a zero-tolerance policy for stolen cards or cards obtained through fraudulent means.

  • One Platform Only: Do not submit the same card to Cardnaira and another trading platform simultaneously. Double-trading causes the card to be redeemed elsewhere during our verification process, leading to account suspension.

5. Verification Time

  • Processing Speed: While we strive for instant verification, Amazon gift card trades typically take a few minutes to process.

  • Delays: In some cases (such as "No Receipt" trades or high-value cards), verification may take slightly longer. Please be patient and do not resubmit the same trade.

6. Rate Fluctuation

  • Market Rates: Exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations and may change at any time. The rate applied to your trade is the one active at the moment you submit the order.

By adhering to these simple terms, you can ensure that your trades on Cardnaira are fast, secure, and profitable. If you have any questions about specific terms, our support team is always available to help.
